Manager-Indirect Taxation (Specialisation in Customs/ EXIM/GST)

Position - Manager-Indirect Taxation (Specialisation in Customs/ EXIM/GST)

Location - Kashipur, Uttarakhand.

Experience - 10-15 Years.

CTC INR 10-12 Lakhs p.a.

The candidate should have good knowledge of indirect tax matters and compliance, related to Customs, Export & Import clearances & GST, in time filing of LUT and and application for procurement of inputs on concessional rate of duty, NOC for Import of input, CHA,/ Import Department.
Capable to handle customs staff for timely clearance of Rail Racks, Internal and External audits, compliance in respect of cases/ litigation, SCNs related issues, submission of replies, attending hearings fixed at appellate authorities and dealing pre deposit/ refund related matters, helping consultant in preparation of reply for SCNs, Liaison with customs IGST & CGST officials etc. Sharing timely updates related to Acts, Rules & Procedures with internal team for implementation.
